I will be collaborating with colleague, Galina Shevchenko, in our upcoming two-person exhibition called Interactions with Light at the Chicago Art Department in Pilsen. Following is our exhibition description:
The gallery will be transformed into an immersive landscape of light and movement created by interactive relationships of suspended ephemeral entities of Connie Wolfe and animated videos of Galina Shevchenko. The artists will collaborate in exploration of synthetic relationships within the constructed image/space immersion. Clusters of subtle objects reminiscent of natural phenomena will populate the gallery and interact with the light and projected matter to transform both the perception of space and the content of the projected media.
